Q. What is the difference between a cylinder mower and a rotary mower?
A. A cylinder mower will cut your grass using a scissor like action, giving you an extra perfect cut. It has two blades. The Cylinder blade which rotates and cuts against a bottom blade. It has a grass-box mounted in the front to collect the grass cuttings.
A rotary mower can be either a disc blade system or a single blade system. When cutting, the blade chops the grass unlike the cylinder mower that slices the grass off. Rotary mowers have grass-boxes mounted at the rear of the machine.

A. It is advisable that you clean the filter whenever you are about to use your mower. Rather clean more often than not. This will increase the lifespan of your mower.
Q. Do you repair all makes of machines?
A. We only repair the makes of machines that we sell. Should you have purchased a make other than those that we stock, you should contact your supplier for a service agent in your area. Some places will not have a workshop and your machine will have to be sent to the closest agent in the country. This is why it is more advisable to purchase a machine from a dealer that has an accredited service workshop on the premises.
Q. If I bring in my machine for repairs, do you offer a service to quote before repairing the unit?
A. We do offer this service. We will never go ahead and repair your machine without your consent. We will quote on your machine first and should the quote take longer than 15 minutes to arrange, we then have a quote fee which is based on the labour rate of the mechanic working on the quote. It all depends on the damages to your machine at the time of quotation. This will determine the time spent.
